Kevin: (apparently thrown by this

JD: Alright.
Kevin: Good. Good. Do you like movies?
JD: Yeah.
Kevin: (relieved) OK. Mind if I take
a seat? Oh, I brought you flowers!
JD: Oh, thank you.
Kevin: I'll put them next to those other
flowers that I brought you the other day.
JD: That was very nice of you.
Kevin: Is this too much? Am I overdoing it?
JD: I don't know.
Kevin: This is kind of pathetic, isn't it?
JD: What's kind of pathetic?
