Dr. Ross: This is unfolding a lot
differently than the case with my daughter. That was a car accident with head
trauma, similar to your friend. Persistent vegetative state.... It took my wife
and I several months to come to the decision to pull the plug in her case. She
continued on for about a month after that.... I, um... I think your friend is
ready to go.
