2001 Schedule of ALL Convention Games

This page is for those who might be curious what other games I run. It includes all of the Torg events that I'm aware of, as well as non-Torg events that I run. All games are 4 hours long unless indicated otherwise in the Adventure Titles, Times, and GMs column.

		The Enemy of My Enemy (Torg) Fri, 2000 GM: Jeff Kesselman	The Vikings and the High Lord of the fantasy reality are on the outs. Is this a Good Thing for Core Earth (the High Lord has lost a major ally), or a Bad Thing (Core Earth now has another adversary)? The answer is partly up to you.

Yes, the campaigning has begun for this year's Spring Queen at Sunnydale High. Play one of your favorite characters in this first-season adventure.

		The Forgotten (Deadlands: Hell on Earth) Time: Sat, 1900 GM: Todd Furler	You find yourselves witness to an act of unspeakable carnage. Is this the isolated work of one madman, or the opening volley in a war between mutants and normals?
		Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Reparations (Extreme Vengeance) Time: Sun, 0800 GM: Todd Furler	Great! Now you're seeing things that aren't really there. Play your favorite character from the second season of the TV series and try to thwart the latest evil that hovers over the Hellmouth.
May 25-28	KublaCon Oakland, CA USA	The Enemy of My Enemy (Torg) Time TBA for 6 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	In desperate times, help can come from strange places. This is a roleplay-heavy beginner's TORG adventure. No TORG knowledge is required, rules will be taught. Prizes provided by West End Games.
		Sin City Reconnaissance (Torg) Sat 0900 - 1700 GM: F. Scott Wilson	A new cosm invades Las Vegas!! Storm Knights summoned to covertly enter and unravel the World Laws which have created a weird cross between '60s crime-busting and a cheap stag film. Sense of humor absolutely needed! Inquire with the Delphi Council. Another "MadMan In The Hat" Production! Characters provided by GM.
		The Faustus Project (Torg) Time TBA for 6 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	Captives from all over the Possibility Wars have been assembled at the Mobius Center for Advanced Reality Research, the site of a recent series of messy accidents. What is the "Faustus Project" and can you stop it in time? This is an advanced TORG scenario that will introduce the players to the darker side of the reality wars. Some TORG experience is recommended but not essential. Characters are provided by the judge.
		The Three Musketeers in "Crown Me!" (MUTT [A Torg Variant]) Time TBA for 6 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	Porthos, Athos, Aramis and D'Artagnan have drawn light duty this time -- Represent her Majesty at the coronation of a minor country's king. But things are seldom as simple as they first appear... This adventure will be run using MUTT, a TORG variant. No system knowledge is necessary, rules will be taught.

		Birds of Prey (Deadlands: Hell on Earth) Sat, 1400 (Evt #8617) GM: Todd Furler	A Combine caravan has commandeered all of the medical supplies from one of the towns under its rule. People will die if the medicines aren't replaced or recovered in short order.
		When Darkness Falls (Unknown Armies) Sat, 1900 (#8619) GM: Todd Furler	For years, a cold war has raged between Pittsburgh's leading crime family and the police force. But things are about to heat up, in a very big way.

		On the Brink (Deadlands: Hell on Earth LARP) Fri, 1200-2100 GMs: John Addis, Bruce Balliet, Todd Furler, Michele Mishko, Lori Piper, Jeff Schuster, Philip Young	In an unbroken expanse of post-apocalyptic desolation lies Brink, Kansas. You're one of the motley collection of survivors -- some residents, some passers-through -- in this little corner of Hell on Earth. And things is about to get worse.

Aug 31 - Sep 3	ConQuest Palo Alto, CA, USA	The Faustus Project (Torg) Time TBA for 8 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	Captives from all over the reality wars have been sent to the Mobius Center for Advanced Reality Research. What is the Faustus Project and can you stop it in time? This is an advanced TORG Reality Wars scenario. Some TORG experience is recommended but not required. GM provides characters.
		The Enemy of My Enemy (Torg) Time TBA for 6 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	In desperate times, help can come from unusual places. This is a TORG Reality Wars adventure designed for beginners. No knowledge of the rules system is necessary, characters are provided by GM and rules will be taught.
		High Command: Chapter 1 -- Genesis (MUTT [A Torg Variant]) Time TBA for 8 hours GM: Jeff Kesselman	When the Rikashi bombardment seemed certain to destroy all vestiges of civilization on earth, Project Omega was activated. Small teams of military personnel were put into stasis in deep-shelters. In 50 years the entire force would mobilize and unite to repel the invaders and rebuild civilization. Or so they thought.... This is the first of what is hoped to be a series of MUTT (a TORG variant) pulp adventures in Anime Sci Fi style. No MUTT/TORG rules knowledge necessary. Characters provided by GM, rules will be taught.

Sep 22	MEPACon Wind Gap, PA, USA	Drakon (Board game by Fantasy Flight) Time: 1900 GM: Todd Furler	In this fast-playing board game from Fantasy Flight, the first player to accumulate five gold coins escapes the dragon's lair. The rest are lunch. If time and attendance permit, I'll have Cheapass Games to play as well. If it's shipping by then, I'll even bring Zombies!!! by Journeyman Press.
Oct 5-7	Nuke-Con Omaha, NE, USA	Something Wicked (TORG Live!) Sun, 1000-1900 GMs: TBA	A factory manager with a secret. A series of grisly murders. Gang wars, corporate spies, and a bizarre occult ritual. My, how Los Angeles has changed... This event uses TORG Live! rules, which combine live action with all of the traditional mechanics of table-top Torg.
