Ballroom Dance Class

Think you can’t dance? Anyone can learn to ballroom dance with instructor Andrea Resnisky, a certified dancer from the Para Dance Committee of Bonn, Germany.  This class is an all-inclusive dance program for anyone who wishes to learn to dance, including individuals with physical disabilities. Andrea will teach attendees how to express themselves in movement and have attendees dance together. The class is $15.00 per person and offers accessible dancing for adults of all abilities. Attendees will be able to dance with a partner, either able bodied or a duo wheelchair dance.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Andrea Resnisky is a dance instructor at the Fred Astaire Dance Studios in West Hartford, CT. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University, and two certifications in Para Dance from the Para Dance Committee of Bonn, Germany. Andrea’s goal is to enhance the lives of the people she works with through dance.
