Keep the kids active this spring with a four-week yoga program. Through poses, stories, mindfulness games, and peaceful pebbles, children will learn how to utilize their breath and respect their mind, body, and soul.
Classes will run every Saturday, beginning April 6th through April 27th from 10:00am-11:00am. Please bring a mat and a water bottle for your child. This class has an option to sign up for the full four-week program at a discounted rate or for individual classes. This class is recommended for ages 5-12.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Diane is a certified yoga instructor from the Soul of Yoga in San Diego, California, as well as a certified children's instructor through Open Doors in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She is a certified meditation leader through the Boston Buddha and has been teaching children for over seven years in local elementary schools.
