Join us in celebrating bestselling author P. Crumble and award-winning illustrator Jonathan Bentley's charming new picture book, WE ARE ALL EQUAL, that shows everyone, no matter where they came from, is equal! In a special virtual storytime event, Paul will join us from Australia and Jonathan will join us from the UK to read their new book, conduct a drawing demonstration, talk about the process for writing/illustrating the book, and how they came to work together on it.

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Originally published in Australia, WE ARE ALL EQUAL is about a diverse group of animals coming together to celebrate one very important idea: no matter or differences, we are all equal. From big or small, weak or strong, new or native, these animals are all equal, with no one better, more important, or more worthy than the others. This is a passion project for P. Crumble, who, as a gay man, was inspired to write this book to celebrate all sorts of differences - lifestyle, immigration, socioeconomic, physical ability, and learning ability.
ABOUT THE CREATORS:
P. Crumble is the bestselling author of many humorous children's books in Australia. His books include the There Was an Old Lady and There Was an Old Bloke series; If You're Happy and You Know It; Oh Dear, What Can the Matter Be?; and Me and Moo.
