Drama Kids is coming to An Unlikely Story! Start your adventure with Drama Kids by experiencing a three-day theater camp beginning Wednesday, December 26 through Friday December 28, from 10am-12pm each day. Drama Kids will build your child’s confidence, verbal and non-verbal communication, teamwork, leadership, and more.
Drama Kids will engage children and encourage them to express themselves through dramatic storytelling. Students will learn skills including:
- Acting: improvisation, direction, creative thinking
- Speech: projection, articulation, inflection, verbal communication-storytelling
- Movement: non-verbal communication storytelling
- Leadership and teamwork
- Writing and Directing
On Friday, December 28 at 11:40am students will do a 20 minute performance of a Snowmen at Night to showcase all of the skills they learned during the program.
This program is recommend for ages 5-11. Students should dress comfortably and bring a water bottle- Acting is thirsty work!
