Feed the Muse: Unlock Your Creative Energy

In this six-week workshop series, attendees will learn to nurture their inspiration and develop strategies to overcome burnout, confront their creative blocks, and dispel their inner critic. Prioritizing creativity results in increased energy, focus, and innovation. These workshops will examine participants' unique creative processes, investigate the stories they tell themselves about their creative lives, and explore rituals that cultivate the imagination.

This workshop series will run every Saturday from 4:00pm -5:30pm beginning Saturday, April 6th and ending Saturday, May 11th. This class is limited to 12 participants. Attendees should bring a writing utensil and a journal or notebook.
