Kick the year off right with a four-week yoga program for kids. Through poses, stories, mindfulness games, and peaceful pebbles, children will learn how to utilize their breath and respect their mind, body, and soul.
Classes will run every Saturday in January from 10:00am-11:00am. Please bring a mat and a water bottle for your child.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Diane is a certified yoga instructor from the Soul of Yoga in San Diego, California, as well as a certified children's instructor through Open Doors in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She is a certified meditation leader through the Boston Buddha and has been teaching children for over seven years in local elementary schools.
