Keep the kids active this winter with a four-week yoga program. Through poses, stories, mindfulness games, and peaceful pebbles, children will learn how to utilize their breath and respect their mind, body, and soul.
This program is recommended for ages 5-12 and will run Saturdays in February from 10:00am-11:00am. There is an option to sign up for the full five-week program at a discounted rate or for individual classes. Please bring a mat and a water bottle for your child.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Diane Clement is a certified yoga instructor from the Soul of Yoga in San Diego, California, as well as a certified children's instructor through Open Doors in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She is a certified meditation leader through the Boston Buddha and has been teaching children for over seven years in local elementary schools.
