Keep the kids active this summer with a four-week yoga program. Through poses, stories, mindfulness games, and peaceful pebbles, children will learn how to utilize their breath and respect their mind, body, and soul.
Classes will run every Saturday, beginning July 13th through August 3rd from 10:00am to 11:00am. Please bring a mat and a water bottle for your child. This class has an option to sign up for the full four-week program at a discounted rate or for individual classes, and is recommended for ages 5-12.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Diane is a certified yoga instructor from the Soul of Yoga in San Diego, California, as well as a certified children's instructor through Open Doors in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She is a certified meditation leader through the Boston Buddha and has been teaching children for over seven years in local elementary schools.
