Mindful-Mess: Two-Day Writing & Meditation Workshop

Words that have become synonymous with turmeric or kale. It's for "those" other people, not you, right?

What if someone told you that the practice of mindful sitting (or walking, or breathing) can actually change the shape of your brain and could exponentially increase your health and slow down time, allowing you to be present and experience your own life?

We, the messy and busy brood, will gather with mindfulness teacher, police officer, and non-profit founder, Michelle Palladini and New York Times featured author Nicole Cannella to learn the foundations of mindfulness practice and write about our experience and intentions in it.

Attendees should bring a pillow or yoga mat, notebook, and a pen for a life affirming and altering workshop that will kick your new year off in presence and peace. Essential oils, herbal remedies, and added source recommendations are included in the class.

For questions, contact Nicole Cannella.
