We’re thrilled to virtually host Stephenie Meyer for the release of the latest book in THE TWILIGHT SAGA, MIDNIGHT SUN, in a most unlikely event at the Rustic Drive-In Theatre located in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Meyer will be live on the big screen, discussing all things Twilight. Attendees will receive a link to my.community (we highly recommend registering ahead of the event) and a Q & A number to interact with Stephenie during the event. You can also submit your questions ahead of time. Following the presentation, there will be a screening of the first TWILIGHT movie.
Tickets to the event are $60.00 per car, and include a copy of MIDNIGHT SUN with a signed bookplate, 3 additional signed bookplates, a special TWILIGHT-themed face mask, and viewing of the movie for up to 4 people. This event is limited to 100 vehicles and is expected to sell out quickly. Once you’ve registered, you will receive an email from Eventbrite with instructions for the day of the event. Additional books can be purchased ahead of time on the ticketing page, and will come with a signed bookplate and face mask. We will not be selling books at the event.

While we’re excited for Stephenie's virtual talk, our main priority is maintaining the health and safety of our patrons and staff. Due to how easily COVID-19 spreads, and the Center for Disease Control’s latest travel recommendations, we’d advise patrons not to travel out of state or overnight for this event as you’ll risk exposing yourself to the virus and risk passing the symptoms on to other attendees. Stephenie will be doing virtual events to promote the book, and we’d love for you to tune into those if you’re not local to these drive-in events.
We also recommend that patrons don’t attend with other family and friends outside of their current household to minimize the spread of the virus. At the event, face masks will be required when you exit your car regardless of current local or state guidelines, and please only exit your car for the restroom or snacks. Please do not loiter outside your car, and we ask that you watch from inside your car. Social distancing must be practiced at all times when outside the vehicle. If your windows are rolled down or your hatches are open, masks must be worn. Anyone not following the rules will be asked to leave. We’re elated to be able to share our love of The Twilight Saga with you and Stephenie, but we want to do it in the safest way possible and we appreciate your diligence and help in this.
