Do you daydream about fantastical worlds and mythical creatures? How about becoming or growing as Young Adult Fantasy writer? If yes, then this six-week YA fantasy workshop is perfect for you! Led by Story Grid editor and writer Abigail K. Perry, you will learn how to develop the essential elements of fantasy worlds and stories.
Using HARRY POTTER as a masterwork model, come create an outline for your very own YA fantasy story (book or film). You can do this alone or write collaboratively with family and/or friends! This class is perfect for teens and adults, ages 14-20, who love Harry Potter and YA fantasy novels, and who dream of writing their own YA fantasy series or screenplays.
Guided by Educator and Story Nerd, Abigail K. Perry, this YA fantasy workshop brings together fantasy nerds (especially lovers of Harry Potter!) to bond over distant worlds, magical casts, and the story structure essentials needed to develop a knockout YA fantasy adventure of your own!
