Draw Yourself Calm with Massachusetts art therapist Amy Maricle who teaches people the art of slowing down to create mindful, meaningful art. She is the founder of the popular Mindful Art Studio and has thousands of followers on social media. Draw Yourself Calm has 25 nature-inspired patterns designed to relax the mind and provide a welcome break from stress. During this event, Maricle will introduce the idea of slow drawing and mindfulness, and do a short reading, followed by a slow drawing with attendees and a signing.
